Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
The Client need to email email@example.com if the client wish to return an item, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Clearly explain why you would like to return the item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
For returns, exchanges and refunds the Client will bear all costs. If the goods are faulty, SOEBEDAR will refund the Client in full and will include shipping costs. The Client will remain full responsible for the goods until the goods are received by SOEBEDAR.
SOEBEDAR advise that tax and duties are not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.

The Client need to return the entire order to SOEBEDAR by secure means to ensure it reaches SOEBEDAR in good condition. We recommend that you return the goods to SOEBEDAR by track-able means and insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
All packaging such as shoe boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included with your return. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Items are to be returned unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
The Client need to email firstname.lastname@example.org if the client wish to exchange an item, stating the reason for exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. Clearly explain why you would like to exchange the item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
If you would like to exchange an item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange of size(s) will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in their original, re-saleable condition.
