All our products are the result of extensive research, resulting in fine details synonymous with high quality luxury. Slight imperfection in leathers and exotic skins are entirely normal for the type of natural leathers used by SOEBEDAR. All types leathers and other delicate materials including metal accessories suffer from humidity. Humidity, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. Therefore, please take care to avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (make-up), alcohol (perfume, solvents) and other abrasive products, as SOEBEDAR cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product. Always store your product in the dust bag which is provided when you’re not using it.
The orange lacquer of the shoes soles wears out with the use. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is an usual wear and tear of the shoes.
